Welcome to The Great House
Now in our 20th year of providing the perfect house and perfect location for your house party.
Exmoor and the "Great House" a perfect partnership and perfect for your own Country House Party.
This is it!! The Great House is the ideal country house rental getaway, a people friendly house (children and adults), located in the beautiful South West on the Somerset/Devon borders and in the Exmoor National Park.
The Great House itself is a large, comfortable, cheerful and atmospheric house with loads of character and in a wonderful location on the edge of the village and is the perfect place to party with friends and family. The Great House is only 150 yards from the village centre with its church , post office and PUB!!
Outside
There is plenty of car parking at the front of the house, and ample space in the gardens to relax and soak up (literally) that great British weather, and if you feeling energetic you can always take a stroll around the woods. There is also a large patio at the front of the house where you can quietly sit and sip champagne (sorry not supplied) and watch the sun go down over the village. There is also a bar-b-q area in the garden for those warm summer nights.
