I've had my 40th Birthday here with 30 friends & family and we all have had a fantastic time. The house is so comfortable, extremely well equipped and everyone loved it.

The Bedrooms

The bedrooms are all large and attractive rooms, and all could be termed bed sitting rooms. They also have the benefit of large Georgian windows, from which you can enjoy fine views over the village and up the valley.Bedroom 1 This is on the right as you enter the house, it is the only ground floor bedroom and is often used by the more elderly guests. It has twin beds and an ensuite with shower.

Bedroom 2 First floor right. This has a double bed and a single divan, plus an ensuite bathroom with electric shower.

Bedroom 3 First floor left. This room enjoys a double aspect, and has twin single beds and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is also off of this room.

Bedroom 4 First floor centre. Ideal for children or somebody you know well.

Bedroom 5 Second floor right. This has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 6 Second floor centre. This has one double bed..

Bedroom 7 Second floor left. This room enjoys a double aspect, and has a double bed, plus an ensuite bathroom and electric shower.

For those bedrooms with no ensuite facilities, there are other easily accessible toilets and bathrooms. All the bedrooms have duvets though blankets are also available; all bed linen is supplied. Tea towels and cleaning equipment are also supplied (Dishwasher powder etc) though personal towels are not.

In the Tudor portion of the house there are three addittional  bedrooms, two large family rooms and one double. They all look out over the garden and then over the village to Dunkery and beyond. The first, which is the largest, is nicknamed the “Dorm” and is ideal for children sharing with its five single beds. The second has one double and one single bed, while the third has one double bed and a toilet and bathroom immediately off of this room. There is also another large bathroom and toilet on this floor, while downstairs there is an additional toilet and cloakroom.
